Each corner was impeccably clean, enhancing our comfort. The prime location near restaurants was a delight, though the lift was a bit slow. Would happily return for another stay!

Exceptional location not far from local shops and restaurants and the Gloucester Road tube station, Covent Garden and two tube stations and Natural history and Science museums, Roysl Albert Hall, Hyde Park snd Kensington Palace and park, it's central. There is cafe Cafe du Coin, set 700 feet walk away...

Property was exceptional, with courteous stuff and amazing location in the beautiful Kensington neighborhood near a tube stop. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless in our 2nd bedroom. Lots of food for breakfast, it was good. Location: the hotel was next to Greenwich for a fantastic day out exploring Cutty Sark and the tube stations. Exceptional service was provided. Could use their free parking.

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and cozy, with a clean bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette for quick meals. Loved the quiet ambiance!

Easy location, service-minded staff, stunningly beautiful views of the Kensington skyline. A nice size unit with a contemporary decor.

Parking is a crime in this part of London. The nearest public parkic is quite far away.

We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment, kitchen very well kitted out, complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates - really could not find fault, the staff friendly and professional, very helpful and all spotlessly clean and to a high standard, we were four 'girls' in london pre xmas. great location, 5-7 minute walk to Gloucester Road Tube, shops restaurants, Waitrose etc. Highly recommend

The Internet is too expensive (9£ per day) compare with other serviced apartment in London. Most of them provide free wifi.

The apartment was spacious and included a well-equipped kitchen, feel more like home than a hotel. The vintage charm of the hotel added a unique character to the stay. I appreciated the proximity to Earls Court and Gloucester Road stations.

Several issues plagued the visit. Noise insulation was a problem. The furniture in the apartment felt quite outdated and worn, not at all what you'd expect for the price. The heating system was inconsistent, leaving the apartment either too hot or too cold. Cleaning, or lack thereof, was another letdown. No service was provided on weekends.

The appartment was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. Well equipped for self catering and I would consider great value if travelling with a family.Very warm welcome, extremely helpful in providing advise and directions.We had a very short stay but most comfortable and enjoyable.Thank you.

Only a minor point but would have expected a basic range of toiletries and maybe a hairdryer- maybe it was there but I just couldn't find it!!
